ILTIZAM, derived from the Bahasa Malaysia word meaning “commitment and determination”, reflects Ekuinas’ steadfast commitment to empowering underserved Bumiputera communities through its three core pillars of Entrepreneurship, Education and Community. Programmes are carefully curated and delivered in collaboration with experienced trainers, technical consultants and strategic partners. ILTIZAM enriches lives by nurturing talent, building capabilities and creating opportunities that enable individuals and communities to evolve, bolster resilience and build sustainable livelihoods.
Our Support Ecosystem
ILTIZAM is built upon the Ekuinas' Corporate Social Responsibility Framework, introduced in late 2013 to formalise the organisation's commitment to creating meaningful social impact beyond its investment mandate. Officially launched on 25 February 2016, ILTIZAM has since evolved to become Ekuinas' dedicated social impact platform while fostering a strong culture of volunteerism, with employees actively contributing their time and expertise to support initiatives across its three core pillars.
