ILTIZAM for Education is dedicated to expanding access to quality education, skills development and opportunities for personal growth for children and youth from underserved communities. Through its programmes, ILTIZAM builds capabilities, nurtures resilience and empowers them to realise their aspirations and reach their full potential.
Our Programmes
ILTIZAM for Education delivers a diverse range of programmes that address different learning and development needs. These include graduate employability initiatives, multi-skills development programmes for students and youth, opportunities for underserved groups to acquire vocational skills, and financial assistance to help deserving students complete their tertiary education. Together, these initiatives create pathways to employment, self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
ILTIZAM Professional Development Programme (PDP)
LTIZAM’s Education flagship, the Professional Development Programme (PDP), has been an annual initiative since 2012 and today has an alumni network of over 700 professionals across Malaysia.
This 12-month programme provides 75 Bumiputera graduates from underprivileged backgrounds who have been unemployed with job placements at Ekuinas, its portfolio companies, and partner companies.
The programme combines structured development modules focusing on soft skills and industry-relevant training, achieving 90% average employment rate within 6 months after the programme since its inception in 2012
ILTIZAM Education Empowerment Programme (EEP)
EEP empowers and supports the development of youths in academic pursuits and skill-based competencies through four targeted initiatives that provides the essential resources, knowledge and training to unlock their full potential
