ILTIZAM for Education is dedicated to closing the opportunity gap by providing children and youth from underserved communities, greater access to learning, skills development, and personal growth opportunities. Programmes are designed to build capabilities, nurture resilience, empowering them to shape their aspirations and reach their potential.

From providing essential school supplies to building practical skills that create sustainable careers and with real-world capabilities to enhance employability, our education programmes take a holistic approach that goes beyond theories academic support. They are designed to develop self-reliance, open opportunities, and equip young people to progress towards a better future.
ILTIZAM Professional Development Programme (PDP)
ILTIZAM’s Education flagship, the Professional Development Programme (PDP) has been an annual initiative since 2012 and today has an alumnus of over 700 professionals across Malaysia.
This 12-month programme provides 75 Bumiputera graduates from underprivileged backgrounds who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months, with job placements at Ekuinas, its portfolio and with over 30 partnership companies. The programme combines structured development modules focusing on soft-skills and industry relevant training with success rate more than 90%.
