ILTIZAM Professional Development Programme (PDP)
The ILTIZAM PDP is a 12-month programme that provides qualified Bumiputera graduates with a one-year job placement as Graduate Associates at Ekuinas, our portfolio companies and partner companies. Besides on-the-job learning and training, structured training modules will expose graduates to relevant knowledge, personal development, technical competencies and soft skills which are critical to compete and succeed in the workplace. Graduates will also learn to market and brand themselves. The training components will significantly enhance their marketability and employability.
Our PDP aspiration is embodied by the acronym HARAP: Humble in approach, Agile in adaptation, Resilient in facing challenges, possessing strong Adab or character, and demonstrating Professionalism in all endeavors.
Eligibility & Requirement
Malaysian Bumiputera
Maximum age of 30 years old
Applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree. It can be in any discipline, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 from local IPTA/IPTS
Household monthly income of not more than RM5,000 (including allowances, pension, bonus or any other income)
Unemployed as at application closing date (after completing either a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, PhD, Professional Certification or equivalent)
Not eligible for those in the midst of pursuing a Master's Degree, PhD, Professional Certification or equivalent or plan to pursue the same within the year
Not eligible for those who have attended any Graduate Trainee Programmes (ie SL1M, Protege, Axiata Graduate Programme or equivalent) of more than 6 months in duration
