Brutti is a bespoke furniture studio based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, known for its bold, industrial-style pieces crafted from solid pine, plywood, and merbau. What began as a passion project evolved into a fullscale operation, but unclear costing and inconsistent pricing meant they were unknowingly losing money. Without structured systems, scaling the business felt risky.
