Aini Nadia Mohd Sharif

Professional Development Programme, batch 2024

Aini Nadia Mohd Sharif graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the International Islamic College (IIC), Gombak, just as the COVID-19 pandemic began. Navigating a highly uncertain job market, Aini had to prioritize supporting her family over her immediate career goals. From 2019 to July 2023, Aini worked as an administrative clerk earning just RM600 a month, before taking on a role as a cashier at MR. DIY in August 2023. Though Aini worked incredibly hard, she felt disconnected from her studies and worried about her professional future. These early challenges, however, taught Aini deep resilience and a strong work ethic.

Aini’s career took a pivotal turn when she was accepted into the PDP programme and placed within the Stakeholder Interests division at EKUINAS. This placement was a major milestone—her first experience in a corporate environment that perfectly aligned with her academic background.

The PDP programme was truly life-changing for Aini. The comprehensive training modules revitalized her confidence, reshaped her professional mindset, and taught her how to navigate the corporate world effectively. For the first time in years, Aini felt a renewed sense of hope and a firm belief in her own potential.

Today, Aini’s life looks completely different. She is incredibly proud to serve as the Growth & Operations Executive at Sehat Jobs. After facing her own struggles in the job market, it is a profound privilege for Aini to dedicate her career to helping hardworking nurses and healthcare professionals secure better, more rewarding jobs.

Stepping into this executive role in March 2026, Aini’s core focus is ensuring the company operates seamlessly as it scales. She manages the daily operations, integrates new technologies to improve workflows, and oversees major initiatives like the recent USA Nursing Open Day.

Looking back at where her journey began, Aini is filled with immense gratitude. She is grateful to the mentors who guided her, and to the programme that provided the ultimate stepping stone for her career.
