Jazro Robotic Academy was founded with a simple yet ambitious vision—to equip Malaysian children with future-ready skills in robotics, coding, artificial intelligence (AI), and STEM education. What began as a small initiative has grown into a mission-driven education company committed to preparing young minds for the digital economy while making quality technology education accessible across Malaysia.
Like many startups, Jazro faced significant challenges in its early years, from building market awareness to sustaining business growth. Through perseverance, continuous innovation, and the support of strategic ecosystem partners, Jazro steadily expanded its impact by developing engaging learning programmes, collaborating with schools and industry partners, and nurturing the next generation of innovators.
The support and exposure gained through the ILTIZAM programme played an important role in strengthening Jazro’s entrepreneurial journey. The mentorship, knowledge, and opportunities provided through the programme helped the company build a stronger foundation for sustainable growth and business expansion.
These efforts contributed to several significant milestones. Jazro was successfully incubated under the PETRONAS Innovation Garage (PING) before securing RM1.2 million in early-stage investment from Gobi Partners through the Khazanah Nasional Berhad-backed Gobi Dana Impak Ventures (GDIV) fund. Today, Jazro has expanded its operations across multiple states, established robotics learning centres, developed a structured robotics curriculum, and empowered more than 150,000+ students nationwide through robotics, coding, AI, and STEM education programmes. The company has also organised national robotics competitions, represented Malaysia on the international stage, and continues to champion inclusive education by extending robotics learning opportunities to neurodiverse children.
Jazro’s journey reflects how resilience, innovation, and a strong support ecosystem can empower Bumiputera entrepreneurs to build impactful businesses.
