Kiddie Care Therapy Centre

Founded in 2020 in Jitra, Kedah, Kiddie Care Therapy Centre provides special education and early intervention services for children with special needs. Established by two siblings with a shared passion for supporting children and families, the company has grown into a trusted provider of therapy and educational services.

As a participant of the ILTIZAM Catalyst programme, Kiddie Care strengthened its business foundations across key areas, including operations, accounting systems, brand positioning and leadership development. The programme also encouraged the management team to explore new opportunities for long-term growth.

Through the ILTIZAM Catalyst alumni network, Kiddie Care was introduced to an industry consultant who helped the company gain a deeper understanding of Malaysia’s skills certification ecosystem. This journey eventually led to the establishment of a Pusat Penilaian Amali (PPA) for the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in Special Education in 2026.

Today, Kiddie Care’s impact extends beyond therapy and education services. By contributing to the development of skilled talent in the special education sector, the company demonstrates how access to the right knowledge, networks and support can unlock new opportunities for growth and community impact.
